TrialsFinder reads the medical records you give it and checks them against the eligibility criteria of clinical trials listed on ClinicalTrials.gov. It produces a ranked list of trials that may suit you, with the reasoning for each.
This is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for your doctor. Whether a trial is right for you is a clinical judgement that depends on things no software can weigh. Take these results to the person treating you.
We do not decide who gets into a trial. Only the trial's own investigators do that, after their own screening. A trial we list as a possible match may still turn you down, and a trial we rule out may still accept you.
From ClinicalTrials.gov, which is maintained by the sponsors of each trial rather than by us. Entries can be out of date, incomplete or wrong. A trial listed as recruiting may have closed. We refresh our copy regularly and cannot correct errors at the source.
We are deliberately cautious about ruling trials out. A trial is excluded only when a criterion clearly excludes you; when your records do not say, we mark it unknown rather than guessing. This means some trials we show you will not work out. We think that is the right way round — we would rather show you something you turn out not to fit than hide something you did.
Searching is free, and you see how many trials matched and the strongest one before paying anything. $79 unlocks the full results for that search, the reasoning on each trial, the questions worth asking your doctor, and weekly re-runs for 90 days.
One payment covers one search over one set of documents. Uploading different records is a new search.
If the results are not useful to you, email support@trialsfinder.ai within 14 days and we will refund you. We will not ask you to justify it.
Ask. There is a link on the results page, and nobody is asked to prove anything.
We identify you by an email address or by a recovery code, and nothing else. Anyone holding the code can reach the searches attached to it, so treat it as you would a password. We cannot recover a lost code, because we do not store it — only a hash of it.
Upload only records you are entitled to upload: your own, or a patient's where you have the right to act for them. Do not use automated means to run searches in bulk.
We provide this service as it is, without warranty. We are not liable for treatment decisions made on the basis of these results, for trials that reject you, for errors in the underlying registry data, or for any indirect loss. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what you paid us.
We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service means accepting them.
